Things haven’t been faring very well for Amy Winehouse, and earlier today (November 17) she was up to her old tricks again with some bizarre behavior.

The “You Know I’m No Good” songstress was spotted making her way out of her North London home, looking a bit disheveled and acting rather incoherent.

There’s never a dull moment when Amy Winehouse is involved.  And last night she was up to her usual randomness as she cavorted around North London.

The troubled “Rehab” singer paid a visit to her old flat in Camden in search of her husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who was recently released early from prison.

It’s been a pretty eventful couple of days for her, and last night Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving her North London home with her father Mitch.

Sans her usual eye makeup, the “Back to Black” songstress looked a bit frantic as she made her way from her front door to a waiting taxi cab amidst a plethora of paparazzi.

Proving that she’s not just a singer, Amy Winehouse was spotted manning the deejay booth at Camden’s Monarch Pub last night, having a marvelous time.

The “I’m No Good” songstress reportedly showed up over two hours late for her set, but that didn’t stop her fans (or the media) from sticking around to catch all the action.

Sporting yet another flattering look, Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving her North London home this morning to spend some time in the city.

The “Back to Black” babe was smoking a large hand-rolled cigarette as she made her way to the car wearing a black tank top and long red shorts.

The troubled singer looked adorable in a white tank top with a gold charm necklace, teamed with a belted pink skirt and a pair of ballerina slipper-style flats.

With her father Mitch by her side, Amy Winehouse was carted off to the hospital with an oxygen tank by her side on Monday night (July 28).

According to AP reports, a spokesman for Amy has confirmed that the Grammy-winning singer has been taken to the emergency room at a London hospital.

For the second night in a row, Amy Winehouse was up and active into the wee hours of the morning - causing a scene as she, a male friend and her security guard visited Camden Stables Market in London, England.

According to a source on the scene, Amy was in “a hyperactive and chatty mood, sprinting halfway to Proud Galleries at 2a.m. while joking with photographers that she was gonna take them on a tour of the back streets of Camden because their moms would like her to, because it keeps it interesting.”

It seems that there’s always a constant struggle between good and bad with Amy Winehouse.  And yesterday the troubled singer ditched her healthy lifestyle for more of her partying ways.

Earlier in the day, her family came to her home to support her during the first visit with her new personal trainer.  But the positive direction was quickly replaced by her self-destructive tendencies.

Continuing her efforts to get her career back on track, Amy Winehouse was spotted leaving a recording studio near Islington after a long day of laying down tracks.

And the “Rehab” singer definitely worn out from her workday as she hopped into a chauffeured car with a gal pal, sporting a yellow screenprinted tank top and some charcoal jeans.

Perhaps she spoke too soon during her concerts in Scotland and Ireland last weekend when she said her husband would be free “in 9 days,” as it seems Blake Fielder-Civil will be behind bars for awhile.

Earlier today (July 21), a judge sentenced Amy Winehouse’s incarcerated hubby to 27 months in jail stemming from charges of assault as well as obstructing justice.

Despite numerous warnings from doctors and family members, Amy Winehouse keeps continuing along with her late night partying ways - most recently staying out until dawn on Saturday in Camden.
